Waste Management Survey

The survey includes questions about the following elements of Waste Management : 

• Geographical Service Areas
• Residential Garbage Collection
• Institutional/Commercial/Industrial Garbage Collection
• Bulk Waste Collection
• Composting
• Transfer Stations
• Administration and Customer Service

Recycling collection is not included in this survey, as it will be transitioned to Extended Producer Responsibility in 2024. In other words, Chatham-Kent will not be responsible for recycling collection and disposal beginning in 2024. To learn more about this transition, see the following links:
