Together CK (originally called the Community Partnership Fund) was established by Council in 2000, as a grant program using matching funding to promote community events within Chatham-Kent. Since its inception, the municipal grant program has leveraged over municipal investment into $15+ million dollars worth of community development projects and events, and has encouraged widespread civic engagement and community improvement. Together CK invests in events that help Council make a difference and have an impact on our community, by achieving Council’s “Areas of Strategic Focus” as set out in our community strategic plan—CK Plan 2035.
