Together CK is a portfolio of grant programs which provide matching funds to community and non-profit organizations throughout Chatham-Kent.
Together CK Core Grants are awarded every four years through a competitive process. This program provides project-specific grants for community programming which support Council Term Priorities. The intent is to invest local resources in local initiatives and build residents’ organizational capacity.
Full Together CK Core Grant guidelines and eligibility criteria are available under Documents, to the right.
