Community members have expressed interest in offering assistance to refugees and displaced people. At this time, number of potential arrivals, their needs, and timelines of arrival are unknown.

By completing this survey, you are expressing your interest to help out and are not bound to participate. Neither the Municipality of Chatham-Kent nor the Chatham-Kent Local Immigration Partnership guarantee your acceptance into the initiative. Expressions of interest will be reviewed. In the event that people arriving in Chatham-Kent require the offer of assistance that you have provided, you will be contacted at a later point to discuss your interest in assisting through this initiative.

The Municipality of Chatham-Kent’s Community Attraction and Promotion division and the Chatham-Kent Local Immigration Partnership are gathering the survey information in the event that help is needed to assist new arrivals.
