The Measuring Inclusion Tool for Municipal Governments from the Alberta Urban Municipalities Association (AUMA)

The Measuring Inclusion Tool for Municipal Governments from the Alberta Urban Municipalities Association (AUMA) is an interactive toolkit that assists municipal staff measuring level of inclusion.

The tool is based on AUMA Welcoming and Inclusive Communities scale and is an " easy-to-use approach to survey employees and key stakeholders to rate the municipal government’s inclusiveness across a range of topics such as leadership, human resource practices, employee engagement, infrastructure and land use, social services, resident engagement, economic development, and other topics" (Spc, 2022).
