This training is built for healthcare but is relevant for anyone working with public.

The learning program is built to encourage self-reflection on how one’s behavior is influenced by culture, bias, stereotypes and power, which in turn impacts service provision It is approximately six hours in length and can be taken at the pace most comfortable for you.

Modules include:

· Module 1 – Understanding of Culture and Linguistic Sensitive Care (not specific to Francophones)

· Module 2 – Who are the Francophones in Ontario?

· Module 3 – The Active Offer of French Language Services
