Chatham-Kent is organizing a summit focused on the topic of attainable market housing. The Summit will bring stakeholders with a wide range of interests and expertise together to facilitate discussions about the barriers preventing low to middle-income earners from accessing suitable housing in Chatham-Kent.

Summit participants will enjoy an inspiring panel discussion with policy, planning, realty, construction, design and financing sector experts. The day will then progress to dynamic facilitated group discussions intended to be the start of collaborative engagements for locally designed solutions to increase the availability of attainable housing in Chatham-Kent.

  • Attainable Market Housing Survey

    The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is planning an Attainable Market Housing Summit and would like you to share your experiences.  The Summit hopes to inspire local stakeholders to find novel solutions to Chatham-Kent’s Housing Crisis.

    We would like to hear from you! This survey will only take 10-15 minutes and will help to ensure Summit organizers fully understand the challenges people face when trying to find suitable market housing. We want to hear from those seeking to own a home and those looking for a suitable market rental unit.
