CK EarlyON Annual Survey

We are committed to offering high-quality EarlyON programs in our community and your feedback is important to help us plan for future programs.

Our new, annual CK EarlyON Experience Survey will focus on program quality and connect to the Four Foundations of "How Does Learning Happen?" from Ontario's early years pedagogy: Belonging, Well-Being, Engagement, and Expression. (Check out the How Does Learning Happen? Ontario's Pedagogy for the Early Years document that guides our work.)

• The survey is voluntary. You can choose not to take part in the survey or to skip any question you would rather not answer. 
• If you would like to complete the extended survey, you will be given the option to enter your email into a gift card draw. The draw will take place November 27th and winners will be contacted via email.
• All responses will remain confidential and personal information will not be shared with EarlyON Centre educators and/or program staff.

Please note, the term "educator" is used throughout this survey. The term is meant to be inclusive of program and customer service staff.
