It's a priority for us to connect, engage and share information with you - our community - about the Municipality's programs and services that matter most to you. Public feedback and input from residents are essential to ensure that the Municipality utilizes the most effective and efficient methods of communication.
That's why we are conducting a Communications Survey to learn more about what communications channels (website, social media, signage, newspaper ads, etc.) you use to get information from the Municipality regarding municipal programs and services.
Feedback from this survey, in conjunction with interviews, will be used to help the Municipality in making future plans and later this year, in the development of a Corporate Communications Plan that will guide the Municipality's communication efforts through 2023 – 2026.
The survey has been extended to September 30th. The survey consists of six sections and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Survey results will be shared with the public later this fall.
