The EmployerOne survey collects information from local employers on a range of issues that affect their workforce including hiring and separation trends, projected vacancies, hiring intentions, recruitment strategies and challenges. It is also an opportunity for employers to share their thoughts on the quality of candidates they are seeing specifically in the areas of skills, education and training.
